Temperley London offers a 14-day return period for all full-priced items provided they are returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached. We aim to make the returns process as seamless as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction with your luxury purchase.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid DHL or courier return label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at a local authorized service point or contact our customer care team to schedule a complimentary courier collection from your home or office.
